The Girls Dress Shop team had a blast with photographer Josh Rothstein at Colony Studios in Greenpoint, Brooklyn while shooting looks for the launch of our new website. The handful of little girls on set had clearly stolen a glance or two at their moms’ “September Vogue” and were posing like runway models to their favorite beats - the “Frozen” soundtrack, Beyoncé, and Iggy Azalea really had them twirling and shaking. Four-year-old Daniela (who is undoubtedly destined for stardom) even performed a few lines of John Legend’s “All of Me.” There’s nothing better than seeing real girls empowered to have fun in our clothing and it was an extra treat to capture it all on film.
We can’t wait to get back to Brooklyn for another afternoon of glitter and glamour. A big thank you to the crew at The Bend Creative for helping us capture the magic!
